Qingdao Huafeng Weiye Electric Power Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the company) was founded in July of 2006. It is the subsidiary of SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. and the third-level subsidiary of POWERCHINA. The company is a high and new tech enterprise that specialized in commissioning, operation, maintenance, performance testing, overhaul and spare parts supply of electric power engineering.

The company possesses the Power Source Commissioning Special Grade (the top grade) Qualification and the Enterprise Credit Grade AAA Certification, the High and New Tech Enterprise Certification, the Boiler Chemical Cleaning A Grade Qualification, and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, the ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management System Certification and the OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupation Health Safety Management System Certification.
